Solar Panel Adapter Cable, Male MC3 to Female MC4

***Estimated Restocking Time: August 2010*** Adapter Cable, Male Solarline 1 (non-latching MC3) to Female Solarline 2 (latching MC4). 20cm (7.8") long overall end to end.

For adapting the older MC3 (SolarLine 1) cables or PV panel connectors to the new MC4 (SolarLine 2) cables, or vise versa.

The new NEC codes will require that the new latching type MC type cables and connectors be used for new installations. However, there are still some solar panels and cable extensions with the Solarline 1 (MC3) connectors that may require adapting. Useful also if you are mixing older and newer panels for your system.
