The Kyocera KD210 solar panels are mainly intended for grid-tie systems, but may also be used for battery based systems if used with the Outback Power, Xantrex XW-SCC, Morningstar MPPT, or other MPPT charge controller that can take higher input voltages and convert it down to the correct battery voltage.Maximum power rating: 26.6 volts @ 7.9 amps. These are not compatible with the Enphase micro inverters. See the data sheet for full specifications.
We also have some Kyocera KD205's, the 205 watt version of this panel, as an option at a slightly lower price per watt. We stock all Kyocera solar panels.
Applications:
- Residential grid tie systems
- Large commercial grid tie systems
- Water pumping systems
- High voltage stand alone systems
- Large off-grid battery systems (with an MPPT controller)
Warranty:
- 1 year limited warranty on material and workmanship
- 20 year limited warranty on power output
This panel uses the MC4 (Solarline 2) latching type MC cable connectors.
KC ”T” and “TM”modules have a conduit ready junction box. “GX” modules have locking multi-contact connectors.
The newly developed treatment method processes multi-crystalline silicon cells in order to produce a surface texture that minimizes surface reflectance and maximizes output. The result is a maximum conversion efficiency of 16+%, one of the highest conversion efficiencies in the polycrystalline module industry.
d.Blue is ideal for installation on all types of buildings, from residential to large scale commercial systems. The dark blue cells, combined with black module frames, allow the modules to blend in with the buildings architecture while producing energy at exceptional efficiencies.
