Commonly used for the Xantrex Link-10 (e-meter) where 8 wires are needed. This is much better quality than the factory wire (and cheaper). It is the same type of indoor/outdoor sunlight resistant oil and water proof tray cable as our standard panel wiring cable.

16-4P VNTC BC PVC/NYL O/A FOIL SHD PVC JKT 90C 600V BLK/WHT#S STRANDED BARE COPPER CONDUCTORS, PVC-NYLON INSULATION, SUN-RESISTANT PVC JACKET, TESTED PER UL REQUIREMENTS FOR TYPE TC CABLES HAVING THWN OR THHN (TFFN) CONDUCTORS. 90C, 600V, overall foil shield with solid drain wire.

** Note on shielded cable: If you use the shield ground, only one end should be grounded to avoid ground loops, usually the end nearest to the best ground connection.
