Xantrex XBM Battery Monitor Temperature Sensor Kit

This 65 foot temperature sensor is for the XBM (discontinued) battery monitor system. It will fit the new LinkPro but has been discontinued by Xantrex, as the LinkPro is only available with a 32 foot version. Close out sale, not returnable.

This kit contains:
1. Temperature sensor with 20m cable and RJ12 connector.

The temperature sensor connects to the Xantrex Battery Monitor by inserting its RJ12 plug into the Xantrex Battery Monitor expansion port. When your battery monitoring system also includes an Isolated XBM to RS232 interface box, the temperature sensor must be connected to the TEMP. SENSOR input on the interface box.

The actual temperature sensor is housed in a metal M8 ring terminal for easy mounting on the negative terminal of the battery. When routing the temperature sensor cable from the Xantrex Battery Monitor to the battery system, avoid running it along with mains cables over long distances or near large relays or generators/motors.
